MASTA Travel Clinic

A MASTA travel clinic with the vaccinations, anti-malarials and country-specific advice you need before you fly. Consultation is free of charge with a valid social security card.

Overview

Advice and vaccinations for travelling abroad, run as part of the MASTA network of travel clinics. We keep vaccines and anti-malarial tablets on site, along with the practical things worth taking with you: insect protection, water treatment, sun protection and something for an upset stomach.

MASTA — the Medical Advisory Service for Travellers Abroad — has been looking after travellers for over 40 years and runs one of the largest networks of private travel clinics in the UK. Being part of it means that behind every appointment sits a specialist clinical team constantly monitoring disease outbreaks and health risks around the world, so the advice you receive is genuinely up to date rather than generic. Before any vaccinations, you’ll have a full risk assessment and receive a personalised Travel Health Brief — a clear summary of the health risks and vaccination requirements for exactly where you’re heading. And as a registered yellow fever centre, we can provide yellow fever vaccination and the certificate you’ll need if your destination requires it.

Our travel clinics are run by Dr Richard Worth and Dr Philippa Le Gresley, who’ll look after you from the initial risk assessment through to your final vaccination.

Travel advice cannot be given over the phone

Book an appointment on 01534 762926, Monday to Thursday. If you hold a current social security card, the advice itself is free.
